This week I am between big projects, and I had the honor and joy of assisting someone who needed to write an appeal letter to a social services group. I reviewed their first draft, then we discussed their pain points, what they most wanted to communicate, and how they wanted to come across. Finally, I helped them to write a more focused letter that compellingly demonstrated who they are and what they need.

Yesterday, I was thrilled to hear that they had won their appeal and would receive the services they need.
